About this class

Barre F.I.T (Function Interval Training) is the fastest way to burn 3000 kilojoules! It is a high intensity class designed to lift your heart rate, transform your body and increase your metabolism. Exclusive to Aleenta, this circuit style class has stations of short high intensity exercises followed by minimal rest periods. Utilising barre exercises combined with weight training, this energising class provides optimal weight loss and cardio fitness. They highly recommended weekly sessions of Barre F.I.T for an intensive cardio and sculpting workout. Combined with Barre Burn and/or Blend for toning and Yoga Barre for the mind and balance.

How to prepare

Please wear fitness attire that allows you to move freely in. Also, although it is not required, bringing your own water bottle and towel is highly recommended. Bare feet is absolutely fine. Barre grippy socks are available to purchase at their studios should you wish to wear socks.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
