How to prepare

Please wear fitness attire that allows you to move freely in. Also, although it is not required, bringing your own water bottle and towel is highly recommended. Bare feet is absolutely fine. Barre grippy socks are available to purchase at their studios should you wish to wear socks.

How to get there

Situated between Spring and Exhibition St. Find the studio by walking through endota spa, please pass through quietly and chill out in the Aleenta BARRE lounge prior to class. Front doors are locked before class starting during morning classes.

Lovely little studio, very friendly instructor. As we new do the class it would have been nice for postures and technique to have been checked/ monitored to ensure that the exercises and stretches were being done correctly/ safely and in a way to get the most out of the class. Room to improve here

Great class. As a beginner I found it challenging and enjoyable. Instructor was lovely. Good balance between exercises and stretching.

Instructor didn't bother asking if anyone was new/injured etc, but my main issue was the lack of mini-breaks between extended series of exercises. Muscles need that time (even just 10 seconds) to recover & work effectively, so even though I'm relatively fit I felt myself losing form by the end of the exercise series
