A high intensity class designed to lift your heart rate, transform your body and increase your metabolism. Sure to get you super fit, this circuit style Fitness Interval Training (a.k.a F.I.T or H.I.I.T) class has stations of short, high intensity exercises with minimal rests. Utilising barre exercises and cardio with weight training.

How to prepare
Please wear fitness attire that allows you to move freely in. Also, although it is not required, bringing your own water bottle and towel is highly recommended. Bare feet is absolutely fine. Barre grippy socks are available to purchase at their studios should you wish to wear socks.
How to get there
The Aleenta Barre studio is located directly above BUPA on the Balcony Level of the vines area. Perched on the first floor of Burnside Village.
