About this class

Challenge your mind and body with Yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation. Dynamic, flowing posture sequences will build strength and flexibility. Hatha Yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. Best for beginners, in this class members will perform poses one at a time with a “rest” in between. Hatha Yoga helps you to develop strength and flexibility, as you bring attention to breathe, which helps to calm and focus the mind.

It was nice to get in a local workout but the studio is large and has other classes going on. Meditation time, I heard weights being dropped on the floor and felt the thuds. Its not relaxing but it was a decent time. I like the locker room and they provide a lock for you. I brought my own mat but that's provided, as well! The big downside was that they try at the end to sign you on a package so the person talked to me for another 20 minutes. I was not interested as I told them I'm on class pass but that seems to be the ploy to get you in. I'm fine on class pass so I declined! But it was strange as this has never happened to me at another studio if they know you're on class pass.

What is ClassPass?
