About this class

This intense cardio class combines a set of cardiovascular exercises to raise your heart rate and burn calories while toning and sculpting your muscles. Instructors will blend high/low aerobics with step, toning, strengthening, and stretching. Immersing yourself in a hard-core cardio workout like this will produce results that you’ve always wanted from a fitness class!

What is ClassPass?
