About this class

This class is the “Musical Chairs” of fitness. Each student begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moved to the next station. Circuit training is a great chance to work out with a supportive team and learn a lot of different exercises/equipment in one class.

What is ClassPass?
