About this class

Floor barre is a method traditionally used by ballet dancers to improve their technique + strengthen the core. We REMIX traditional floor barre with plyometrics, push-ups, + planks to bring you Floor Lab. Our signature 50-minute class incorporates cardio, strength training, and stretching for a challenging workout that improves flexibility and endurance, while sculpting muscles. No shows and class cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will either be charged $30.00 or lose the class on a class pack. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

What is ClassPass?
