About this class

Expect to sculpt and build lean muscle in this high-intensity, interval training workout consisting of cardio, strength-training and static holds designed to get you into the best shape of your life. Interval training is a highly effective way to unleash your inner athlete, keep your heart rate up and tone up. With the added bonus of the aerial hammock and preset intervals with strategic work to rest ratios, this class will fly by and have you dripping with sweat in no time. Please note modifications will be provided but this is a fast paced class and they recommend having taken two - three AIR® Foundation classes beforehand.  There is a 250 lb weight limit.

What is ClassPass?
