About this class

50-minute intense aerial fitness training class fusing elements of conditioning, Pilates, ballet and HIIT (high intensity interval training) on aerial hammocks. This highly effective fitness program is designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone your physique in record-breaking time. We recommend new clients take 3-5 AIR® Foundation classes before graduating to AIR® 250lb weight limit. No shows and class cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will either be charged $30.00 or lose the class on a class pack. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

I really loved this class! Even as a first timer, (I'm a little bit of an intermediate exercise enthusiast) I felt like this would be a class I could pop into regularly! Stephanie was WONDERFUL very airy, pun intended, and used smart words to instruct and was very motivational and kind! Loved it! Thanks Stephanie!

Great class, instructor was very energetic and enthusiastic. I thought this would be more of a yoga class so I only gave it a 4 star but was pleasantly surprised with this class

Nicole was so sweet and made the class so easy to follow! I didn't realize I had signed up for an intermediate class, but she made sure that I was following along or providing me with modifications. I have a feeling I will be very sore tomorrow!

Great full body workout. Chelsea is super helpful, I had done a few foundation classes but that was awhile ago. She made sure to come correct my form and help me in the hammocks. Can increase intensity of the cardio bursts as you wish. Highly recommend.

Lauren has great energy and pace to her class! The community vibe at AIR is great. Super uplifting! Hanging in the fabric is a great relief for any spinal compression.

First class so I was learning but still got a great workout! It went by fast which is always good while working out. A few tips- wear a tight fitting shirt so when you go upside down it's not over your head, class is best if you have some flexibility, average fitness level, core strength and ability to laugh at yourself - I will be back

What is ClassPass?
