About this class
AIR® Foundation introduces new clients to aerial exercises on AIR® hammocks. This beginner class will emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance on the AIR® hammock. AIR® Foundation is slower in pace than the traditional AIR® class, but still challenging. Regardless of its beginner pace relative to aerial exercises, AIR® Foundation will still deliver a tough workout. No experience necessary. We recommend new clients to take 5 AIR® Foundation class before graduating to AIR®. 250lb weight limit. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

How to get there
Parking is available in the studio complex. If the parking lot in front is full - you can use the Beverly Connection parking garage directly across the street from us for $1 an hour.
