About this class

50-minute all-level flow class linking movements and power postures with the breath and hammock. AIR® Flow fuses basic to advanced yoga poses with aerial hammocks to allow for a full body stretch that increases flexibility beyond what traditional yoga provides. Creative sequencing and transitions create opportunities to build strength, coordination and mental poise. Great for all levels - modifications and advanced cues will be given, so that students can practice to their personal edge. 250lb weight limit. No shows and class cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will lose the class on a class pack. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

What a great class! Cassie was awesome as our instructor. A creative, fun and good workout!

This class was slow. The instructor also didnt do the best job making sure each student was receiving the help they needed. She focused most of her time on a particular few and ignored calls for help. This class is good, if youre looking for a relaxing workout.

Definitely not the class for me. I think the instructor could have been much more accommodating to first timers, especially since half the class was new. There were no adjustments given to newcomers. At one point, practically no one could get into a pose and the instructor just laughed and kept on going. Most moves felt like a lot of uncomfortable pressure on my joints and were actually very painful. I can see how some people might like it, but for me, the silks seem like a gimmick instead of being helpful. I was counting down the minutes until the class was over.

What is ClassPass?
