About this class

50-minute beginner class that introduces new clients to aerial exercises on hammocks; this class emphasizes basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle action so that the body can learn how to balance on aerial hammocks. AIR® is an intense aerial fitness training program fusing elements of conditioning, Pilates, ballet and HIIT (high intensity interval training) on aerial hammocks. Regardless of its beginner pace, AIR® Foundation will still deliver a challenging workout. No experience necessary. We recommend new clients take 3-5 AIR® Foundation classes before graduating to AIR® 250lb weight limit. No shows and class cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will either be charged $15.00 or lose the class on a class pack. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

I've gone to this class with Nicole and she's much better. Was disappointed that changed last minute. This instructor moved way to fast to get anything out of anything or correct anyone and she didn't do well accounting for varying levels as Nicole does.

This class was better with the other instructors. Way too much aerobics this time around. I could done most of that with a Trx strap. Luckily I knew most of the basics already and got my own aerial needs done while everyone else was "pulsing" every few seconds.

Loved this class! Its challenging for a beginner class but plenty of options to modify. Nicole was very welcoming.

i don't think the bike/screens give enough info. for example there isn't a heart rate monitor and therefore your position in the class can't be accurate either

This class was amazing! Nicole is a great teacher-Very thorough at making sure youre comfortable. She even stayed after class to take pictures and show us poses that would look good. Will definitely make this class a routine thing.

What is ClassPass?
