About this class

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga where the breath is linked to movement. This is a guided class with centering, a gentle warm up, sun salutations, standing poses, backbends or inversions, a cool down, and savasana. Level 2-3 is for a student familiar with vinyasa flow and looking for a more vigorous, sweaty practice. This class is for experienced students with an active vinyasa flow practice.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we rent mats in Oak Park for $2) and a water bottle if you need one. Yoga is done in bare feet, but you can wear socks if you'd like.

How to get there

There is street parking out front or around the corner. You can park in the stalls across the street daily after 4pm. There's a bike rack out in front.
