All students are welcome to come and unwind at the end of the day with a deep stretch with candlelight. Amy uses Tibetan Bowls, or Koshi chimes, sometimes a shruti box. She sprays at least 1 or 2 essential oils to aid to relaxation and sense awareness.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we rent mats in Oak Park for $2) and a water bottle if you need one. Yoga is done in bare feet, but you can wear socks if you'd like.
How to get there
There is street parking out front or around the corner. You can park in the stalls across the street daily after 4pm. There's a bike rack out in front.
