Mommy & Me is an excellent way to bond with your baby while strengthening your body. Learn fun and playful poses to do with your baby that encourage natural flexibility and growth. Yoga can help babies sleep better, aid in digestion, get relief from gas pains and colic, strengthen growing muscles and help towards the next stages of development. An ending restorative pose with help to clear your mind and connect to inner peace. Join Emily and Hudson and reinforce the loving bond between you and your baby. How to prepare
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (or use ours for $2) and a water bottle if you need one. Yoga is done in bare feet, but you can wear socks if you'd like.

We're located on the west side of Spring Road just south of the Prairie Path. There is street parking.
