About this class

Iyengar Yoga is a series designed specifically for the inexperienced, inflexible or Intimidated (or all of the above). Don't let lack of experience, initial ability, or flexibility hold you back from experiencing a significant physical and mental transformation in your life. This workshop will extend for two months meeting Tuesday and Thursday early morning for one hour. In these sessions, they will break down poses, yoga movement, breath work and transformational yoga concepts that will get you ready to move into any yoga class and be more prepared and confident than you ever imagined.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
