Handstand Balancing and Movement at Aerial Revolution
About this class
Suitable for all levels. This class will break down all of the body mechanics necessary to balance a handstand. We will practice multiple drills using the wall, yoga blocks, and spotters to gain the strength and confidence needed to eventually free balance. The handstand is the most important basic skill used in the theory of gymnastics and acrobatics and it is essential to any acrobat's training regime. Our handstand training program has had many influences including yoga, gymnastics, acrobatics, and circus hand balancing.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable, tight fitting clothing such as leggings and a tank top. Most classes require bare feet and ankles. Please no jewelry, buttons or zippers. Arrive early to find parking and sign a waiver, if this is your first class. They do not allow late arrivals to attend class.
