The class was okay, not as exciting as I thought it would be.

I believe I didnt do this class but a straps class which is supposed to be easier. Dont think that I wouldve been able to do the trapeze anyway, it looks super difficult. (Everybody practices in the same space) The instructor was not a lady but a man who was very nice. The environment was interesting but definitely not for beginners! A bit intimidating.

I was the only person who showed up to the class (maybe had something to with the warm January weather and the women's march) but I was so glad I did! Can't really speak to a normal class format since I pretty much had a private lesson. The teacher was very thorough at explaining what to do and modeling correct form. She also gave great hands on correction and spotting when I was trying to execute the moves. I thought it was an encouraging and positive environment to learn. They have multiple classes for different apparatuses going on at the same time in a large gym but it didn't feel too cramped or crowded.

Challenging for a beginner class, as well as a big range of skills. Two of the students had clearly been doing trapeze for a while, the other student was completely new. Im glad to have a background in aerial because its the only thing that allowed me to keep up it would have been very challenging otherwise. That said, I enjoyed class. I would not recommend for beginners though

Loved, loved it. I have a pretty strong upper body, but this certainly worked me. Nina was wonderful, She is very hands on. Sad to hear it was her last day, but I will definitely be back!!
