About this class

Aerial Strength & Fitness is for clients that have completed the Beginner/Open Level Class and cleared to move up. Here you will take your learning experience from Beginners into a whole new dimension as you flip, fly and swing through space challenging your mind and body to trust, whilst strengthening and toning your muscles from head to toe. Inversions in this class will relieve compressed discs and open the hips and upper back and take learning inversions to a whole new level. To protect our hammocks, please do not have any zippers on your clothing or wear any jewellery and filing your nails, to prevent any snagging or tears of our hammocks.  Also if you could please wear long or capped short sleeved shirts and grip socks or normal socks.

What is ClassPass?
