About this class

This class centers around the answer to what is missing in the fitness industry. The goal is to establish muscular coordination that your body has forgotten during days, months, or years of standard adult activities. You will climb over, around and under objects in a thinking man's obstacle course. Your instructor will select and adapt each movement to fit your ability. You will always be challenged, never reach a point of diminishing returns, and you will have fun. There is nothing like ADAPT Integration in the training world.

Awesome all body cardio! This place is intentional about making sure you move in all directions correctly.

Interesting class. Functional movements, and those you wouldn't likely do are great for the body. The trainer did not take the time to explain any of the movements. I've rated all Class Pass classes a 5, this was my first 3. Mostly because of the trainer.

I go to classes like this about twice a week, and this one was pretty easy. the trainers assume you already know what you're doing, so you have to play catch up most of the class. the people taking it with you were great, though. really friendly and helpful.

Totally kicked my butt! It's a lot of circuit training with some stairs you really don't want to climb, but it keeps you moving. And the other people in the class are really great about helping you learn the moves and helping you succeed.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
