About this class

These workouts are designed to promote and enhance your health and fitness. During a “Fitness” workout, participants are exposed to a wide variety of movements with a focus on proper mechanics and movement patterns. The “Fitness” workouts are great for beginners to veterans since they focus on movement quality prior to intensity. These workouts may also be scaled-up to suit each individual need, transforming each workout of the day into one of less or more intensity. Group Fitness Class suits your needs the best if you’re aspiring to move well, be strong, and lean. Your coach will provide you with the tools to reach new strength levels and push yourself beyond what you thought was achievable.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing when you join us. We do provide towels for our members to use. Also, if it your first time, please come a few minutes early to complete a waiver before you participate in our small groups.

How to get there

Due to construction please use 135th Street and 17th Avenue to get to our facility.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
