About this class

This Vinyasa-based class focuses the first half of class on creating heat in the body while connecting movement with breath to cultivate focus and determination. The second half of class is a mix of yin and restorative poses designed to help you meditate while stretching deeply to develop lean, balanced muscles throughout the body. This class is for all levels and modifications for poses will be provided throughout.

How to prepare

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts so that you may sign-in, orient yourself and enter class in a relaxed way. We have mats and towels which are free to borrow, though we recommend bringing your own. Wear any comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.

How to get there

200 BENNETT ST. ATLANTA GA 30309 We are tucked away in the Bennett Street Design District. Head all the way down Bennett Street past the MOCA. Turn Left on Bratton Street before you reach The Stalls. Find us at the end of the street on your right. For security and uninterrupted classes, we lock our doors during class time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start times to allow time for sign-in and a peaceful beginning to your practice.
