Based on two years of teaching at Sadler's Wells and The Urdang Academy we have seen the incredible results of powering into your shake and burn muscle fatigue zone with low impact intensive barre concept exercises designed to push your metabolism into fat burning Ketosis. Followed by an intensive stretch regime of dynamic and static exercises, the deep heat of barre exercises maximises your flexibility progress, whilst stretching after a muscle building workout helps encourage your muscles to build long and lean, not bulk up. How to prepare
Please wear suitable clothing for each class. All equipment is provided. If your class requires shoes, please make sure they are clean indoor sports trainers (outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studio). Alternatively, you can wear sticky socks if you prefer.
How to get there
Address: 10 / 34 Haldane Road, Fulham SW6 7EU Our HQ and main studio is situated at 10 Haldane Road, SW6 7EU, (where it meets St Thomas' Way) a short walk from Fulham Broadway or West Kensington underground. To get into the building walk around the Brunswick Club, past The Wellington pub, to a gated entrance next to the basket ball court. Then just head down to the music! We also have classes at Sadler's Wells and Urdang 2, bookable with City Academy. Both of these can be found in Angel Islington, a 5 minute walk from Angel Station.
