Awesome teacher! Learned a lot and got good tips on how to improve!
Intro to Handbalancing with Hannah
I loved this class. Hannah is such a great instructor!! I could't do a handstand at all, not even kick up to the wall. But I still feel like I've learned and achieved a lot in the class.
Intro to Handbalancing with Ivo
took class with Ivo, who was subbing for Hannah. He had great energy, but didn't tailor the class to us beginners.

Intro to Handbalancing with Hannah
What an AWESOME class. Newbie here. I thought I was pretty fit and athletic until I got to this class. Goodness, acrosports regulars are so strong!!! And I will be too! Soon! The instructor (and classmates too) were so encouraging, positive, and helpful throughout the class. By the end, I was able to do a 1 min handstand with minimal assistance! I was also very sore after. Good times!

I love Acrosports! Ill be honest, Im a 39 year old who is just getting into shape after years of inactivity due to injury. Every time I walk into one of these classes I wonder, What have I gotten myself in to?! However the instructors are so great I always surprise myself and leave feeling empowered. Mackenzie was no exception she was very encouraging and did a great job working with different skill sets.

Great teacher, a lot of fun
Intro to Handbalancing with Rowan
Rowan was super helpful and encouraging. He made sure I kept solid form. I was the only person so I basically had a personal trainer and it was great!!
Intro to Handbalancing with Hannah
Hannah and the other instructor were super friendly and helpful. Only 4 people in the class so we got plenty of personal attention. A great workout and I finally learned to hold proper hollow position and feel like I can actually get the hang of handstands with more practice. Highly recommend.
