About this class
This class is intended for students who are already flexible and wish to achieve extreme physical flexibility. Expect to learn and work towards chest stand, over splits, forearm scorpion balances, and more! Generally, each class will have a focus (back bending, twisting, etc.) and follow a sequence designed to open the body for a "peak pose".

What is ClassPass?
