REFORMER 1 at ACME Pilates
About this class
Reformer 1 is the ideal class for all levels, particularly those new to Pilates or recovering from an injury. Participants will receive a safe and effective, full body workout utilizing primarily the Reformer, but may also include use of the Barre, EXO Chair, Springboard or TRX Suspension Trainer. The class will maintain a continuous pace with focus on the fundamentals of breath, form and alignment. The use of various pieces of Pilates apparatus and props ensures a unique class each time. Expect an energetic and encouraging atmosphere. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio. New users please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and sign studio waiver.

ACME Pilates Downtown Phoenix is located at 111 W Monroe Street, Suite 128, Phoenix, AZ 85003. They are located on the southwest corner of 1st Avenue and Monroe in Downtown Phoenix. ** FREE PARKING** is available in their building and is free to class attendees. The garage is located beneath their building and the entrance is on 2nd Avenue between Monroe and Adams.
