About this class
Improve athletic performance by increasing range of motion. Tight muscles don't only cause discomfort, but increase your risk of injury. Start your weekend off right with a slower paced yoga class that will focus on all of the areas that athletes tend to get tight! This class is accessible for beginners. Temperature: Warm Please bring a mat if you have one, otherwise, a limited number are available on a first come first served basis.

How to prepare
Please make sure to wear fitness clothing that allows you to move freely as well as your own personal water bottle and towel. Filtered water is available on site. Please bring a fitness/yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats are available on a first come first serve basis.
