Circuit Abs & arms: A higher intensity class that uses 2 sets of each exercise to improve endurance and effectively strengthen, tone, shape of your abs & arms. For all levels.   NOTE: STUDENTS NEW TO PILATES REFORMER NEED TO ATTEND MINIMUM 1 SESSION OF FOUNDATION CLASS

As a beginner, it's hard to catch up in the class when the instructor doesn't speak English. The description should clearly notice that is Thai or Thai /English class. Also, the instructor should ask if anyone doesn't understand Thai before the class starts.

What is ClassPass?
