About this class

THIS CLASS HAS NO FOUNDATION. NO FIRST TIMERS ARE ALLOWED. A MINIMUM ATTENDANCE OF 20 PILATES REFORMER CLASSES IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND A CIRCUIT CLASS. A higher intensity class that uses 2 sets of each exercise to improve endurance and effectively strengthen, tone and shape your body. Focuses on building abs & arms definition. NOTE: GRIP SOCKS ARE MANDATORY

Workout is intense but no attention was paid to doing the correct Pilates form

Tough workout but felt great! her instructions are very clear! will defo come back to her class!

A little hard to follow the instructor especially when shes blocked by the wall at times

Workout was really tough!! Not for beginners as its quite fast paced and you dont get a lot of rest time. Laarni didnt really go around correcting my form.. would appreciate if she could pay more attention to each student and not just focus on the good students.
