About this class

Absolute Beats (45 mins): A class for all levels designed for those who have a good cardio base or exercise regularly. Sweat guaranteed. Prepare to move.                                                                                                                                   Note* students who are new to Rhythm Cycling need to attend a Foundation class. The front row bikes should only be booked if you are an experienced rider and can ride the whole class.

You should communicate with this community or any of them in your networking because this class this required for foundation class first, The gym itself also should get my reservation and they should call to re confirm to client or as least email asking about our basic information, its really bad communication between ClassPass and the gym
