F = FOUNDATION (15 mins): Foundation orientates riders with the set up of the bike to match your body dimensions, safety guidelines and how to find the beat of the music and the basic moves. Minimum of one class required _ LUNCH BEATS (45 mins): A daily way to re-energize your afternoon. A 45 minutes class that will help you to get your blood flowing as long as fire up your metabolism long after you clip out.

Matthew is welcoming and upbeat! The first time rider class was useful if you’re first time to a spinning class. If you’re not, still good to get to know the instructor better and vice versa. Can’t wait to be back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
