About this class

This is a technique-based class which helps those who would like deepen their flexibility in the hip and spine. Hip opening can reduce the impact of prolonged standing and poor postures, slow down the aging process, and increase hip mobility. Backbending can increase spine flexibility and activate different chakras along the spine, so as to better protect the spine and to stimulate the central nervous system. Suitable for regular practitioners. 此課堂以教授技巧為主,協助學員加強髖關節及脊椎的柔軟度。 開髖能夠減輕久站與不良姿勢所帶來的影嚮,減慢老化,增強髖關節靈活度! 後彎能夠增加脊椎柔軟度,啟動脊椎上不同的脈輪,以達至保護脊椎及刺激中樞神經系統的作用。 適合有恆常練習之學員。
