Dynamic Movement with Team
I avoided this class for years because of the negative comments here, but gave it a try today and found much to recommend. Yes, the music is generic and beside the point, but it’s in a nice, open gym, the instructor was lovely, and no less than 3 people checked in with me afterward to see what I thought of the class and how it went for me. I’ve been to classes at other studios with the same people for years and we’ve never even looked at each other. I really appreciated the sense of community. Also: I was pretty winded doing those reps! It’s as challenging as you want to make it. I’ll be back.

This class was such a great workout but also a super supportive group, including instructors. It was challenging but not intimidating. Definitely recommend!

Its a good workout, compared to the other sessions and other gyms I would just say the music needs to be more on point and louder. You can get so much more out of your workout if you have some supporting tracks to keep you going. The energy also doesnt feel as strong in this class. Thurs and Sat seem to be better

It was difficult to follow unfortunately, things just changed a little too fast before you could really get into each exercise so I felt like I didnt maximize my workout. Super friendly trainer though

What is ClassPass?
