9Round Kickboxing at 9Round
About this class
This class will give you a full body workout. Instructors focus on cardio, core strengthening, kickboxing and boxing fundamentals, as well as high-intensity interval training! Class is 30 minutes with nine circuit stations. You will have three minutes at each station. Please arrive 5 minutes before class time; latecomers will not be admitted. Boxing wraps are also required for class. Please feel free to bring your own, or purchase from the gym for $10.00. No wraps, no workout!

How to prepare
Here’s what you can expect: • Show up at your scheduled time • You’re welcomed by a friendly, certified 9Round Trainer • Wrap your hands for support when punching** • A 9Round Trainer shows you how to do each exercise based on your fitness level, taking your workout to the next level, so you get amazing results • Every three minutes, you move to the next exercise station • After station nine, your 30-minute full-body workout is over **Boxing hand wraps are mandatory. They are available for purchase at the gym for $10
How to get there
Rounds 1&2: Strength Training You'll use dumb bells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes & other equipment to build strength & stamina. Rounds 3-8: Boxing & Kickboxing Fitness Training The real fun begins as you punch & kick heavy bags to build power, double end bags to increase coordination & timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning & speed. Round 9: Core Training You’ll strengthen & tone your core as you "feel the burn", which improves your ability to perform any movement you do for work, exercise, or leisure.
