About this class
This is a great way to end a hectic day - by adding soft, calming candlelight to your practice! This class will calm the mind and nervous system, along with improving flexibility. This class is slow paced and works through various poses to stretch out the entire body. Almost the entire class consists of poses on the floor, hands and knees and reclined on the back, with occasional standing folds.
