About this class
Sweat. Energize. Transform. This upbeat, fast-moving class focuses on the Pilates Powerhouse (abs, lower back, butt). You'll work multiple muscle groups at once using your own body resistance and light hand weights to fatigue muscle groups without bulking them up. You’ll feel (+ see) muscles you didn’t even know existed. Strengthen your core, increase your flexibility and torch calories while toning your body to great tunes! It's not easy but that's exactly why it works! This class is for someone who has been attending our "All Levels" Pilates class for at least 6 months.

How to prepare
Please bring your yoga mat with you, a water bottle and comfortable clothes to practice in. 889 offers complimentary towels and lockers that are available to you with locks included. If you will be practicing barre at 889 barre socks are required. You can purchase barre socks at 889. You do not need a mat for barre with the exception of Derek's barre class on Monday. 889 holds time with the highest integrity. We are committed to starting and ending classes on time. Studio doors close precisely at class start time. Late entry is not permitted.
How to get there
Located just north on Yonge St. from Davenport. Easily accessible by both Bloor & Rosedale subway stations. Parking is available directly across from the studio, and is offered at $5 for 2 hours via the app, Honkmobile. Input the zode ID "889Y" to access this rate. First time with us?
