Energy. Strength. Balance. This challenging class will combine the precision and control of Pilates with the strength and endurance of Barre to give you a full body burning workout! Improve your flexibility, stability, balance and alignment while redefining your core and toning all of your muscles. This class is fast-paced and high energy, set to upbeat music and is the perfect opportunity to take your fitness routine to the next level this year! Leave 889 Pilates Barre Burn feeling energized, balanced and confident. This practice is low to no impact, students should have at least 6 months of Pilates or Barre practice prior to attending. Bring your mat, a water bottle, a small towel and get ready to sweat!!

How to prepare

Please bring your yoga mat with you, a water bottle and comfortable clothes to practice in. 889 offers complimentary towels and lockers that are available to you with locks included. If you will be practicing barre at 889 barre socks are required. You can purchase barre socks at 889. You do not need a mat for barre with the exception of Derek's barre class on Monday. 889 holds time with the highest integrity. We are committed to starting and ending classes on time. Studio doors close precisely at class start time. Late entry is not permitted.

How to get there

Located just north on Yonge St. from Davenport. Easily accessible by both Bloor & Rosedale subway stations. Parking is available directly across from the studio, and is offered at $5 for 2 hours via the app, Honkmobile. Input the zode ID "889Y" to access this rate. First time with us?
