It was only 2 person in the class so it was pretty intimate and I loved getting the chance to punch the bag but also another person aka Fernando! For a complete beginner I would definitely come back.

She handled the class well despite some technical difficulties (which was my first time experiencing after going to Spokehaüs so many times). All the instructors, including Zoe are very good at setting the class up for success by making sure everyone is settled into their bikes and explaining the moves before they officially start the class. The instructor was great at walking us through each movement, and being mindful of where we should be grounding ourselves. I am definitely in beginner Pilates shape and the class was challenging but completely manageable. she also started each set of movements out at a certain pace but you are encouraged to finish each set of movements at our own pace. I also appreciated that each movement was started at a manageable level of experience and you are given the option of increasing the difficulty as you go along, not vice versa. Will absolutely return and excited to try more classes!

A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

It has a very similar relaxed and welcoming, cozy vibe as the studio in Bloor West. For this Hatha class - I really enjoyed slow pace of the class and how long we held the poses to really feel the pose deeply. I also appreciated the way the class started in savasana and we returned to it mid practice to centre ourselves after a difficult balance flow and rest. It was nice that the instructor offered a flow in the practice for whoever wanted to add it in - and ended in seated poses helped us stretch out our body and not put too much pressure on balancing or down dogging. Overall a lovely practice :) thank you Modo!
