The studio and class were amazing. Germany is a fantastic instructor - friendly, encouraging and very focused on good form and safety. Workout was challenging with the perfect mix of strength and cardio. Definitely not a class you will get bored of!

Germany was a great teacher! Personal attention to form and made sure everyone was able to follow routine.

Not intense at all. While I appreciated the attention to form, only 20-25 minutes of the 45 minute class was spent working out. Each workout was also at a low intensity, so the entire class just felt like a warmup. Also, none of the moves were innovative, different, or too challenging. All of the basic workout moves like a plank, wall sit, etc. I feel like they could definitely incorporate something more interesting or challenging with the rowing machines and skillmills. I can see this class being a convenient stop if you work nearby, but if youre looking for this to be THE workout of your day, then it’s not it. Not sure how this studio will survive in the landscape of nyc fitness studios when there’s nothing very unique or challenging about it. Instructor was nice though.

Super clean and modern studio. Varied workout. Progressive stretch and active warm up that got my heart rate going. Meditative stretch at the end.

Lindsey was so warm and friendly and encouraging throughout the entire class! Shes very mindful of injuries and will modify exercises to fit your needs. But modify does not mean easy! Get ready to sweat during this class! Great cardio and strength work out! Thanks Lindsey!

Top class and Germany the instructor was very motivating. Loved the class! Very recommended for those who want to get in cardio on the high tech treadmills , row, and strength exercises. They also do a proper warm up which many places dont do often.

New facility, a lot of different equipment to keep you interested, and very small classes! Will be back!
