About this class
You don’t see rows of cardio equipment, like you do at most gyms, at 3DFitness. They use a much more effective (and a lot more fun) way to do “cardio”. Their metabolic group sessions are their version of a cardio workout. They burn calories, get your metabolism revving and give you the cardiovascular benefits you are looking for. Interval cardio training has been shown in the research to be the most effective for fat loss. They’ve taken it up a notch and incorporated exercises in multiple planes of motion, using all kinds of equipment such as TRX’s, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, specialized bikes and more into an interval style workout. You’ll have a blast and you’ll torch fat! In addition to your 1-2 Total Body/Strength workouts add a Metabolic group session in 1-2 times a week.

How to prepare
1. Be sure to arrive at least 10 mins early. 2. At 3DFitness, we pride ourselves on having a clean facility so please wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel and a clean pair of gym shoes. We have a shoe rack in our lobby area outside of our door for you to store the shoes you wear from your car to the gym. Before you panic, you do NOT need to buy a new pair of sneakers, simply clean the bottoms of your current pair at home and then wear something else to the gym and change in the lobby. How to get there
The gym is located at 75 E. Butler Ave (NOT pike) Ambler (right above Gravity Hair Salon & Painting with a Twist). There is plenty of street parking and a parking lot on Cavalier Drive & Butler Ave. Remember we are located upstairs so once you get in the vincinity simply park and you will easily find us.
