About this class

Omnis & Leg Strength -Movement Skill-Medium/ Strength-High/ Mobility-Medium/ Conditioning-High/     Whole body movement and leg strength training is a natural combination. Originally, our primal ancestors had two ways to get from point A to B. Walk or Run. Having strong legs were essential to survive and thrive.     The legs and hips are the engine for movement. And this class puts them to work with big explosive movements, compound exercises and using the body’s dynamic strength and power to move objects through space. Kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls, barbells, and sandbags are just some of the items you’ll come to know intimately during the workouts. An Omnis & Leg Strength training releases hormones and growth factors that keep you young, improve immune function, increase bone density and that upregulate your metabolism so it continues to burn long beyond the workout. This class will also make you mad strong.

How to prepare

Bring towels and a water bottle. We have free reverse osmosis water, please bring your own water bottle or canteen. Bring boxing gloves for Pro Vita Tua!!! Hand wraps are also recommended. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class to get acquainted and to do some self-myofascial release work (aka "foam rolling") before the workout.

How to get there

New location is at 2723 Lincoln Blvd. 90405. On the corner of Lincoln Blvd and Hill Street- One block south of Ocean Park. Look for the 34° North Billboard and the tiger mural on the south wall!

Nice studio, seemingly knowledgeable instructor. But class was 50 min instruction and 10 min working out... Was their deload week, so probably the normal workout is more challenging. But not sure its worth finding out. Other, consistently better workouts in the area.

These are some of the best workouts on the west side. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable about bio mechanics, which means you get a great work out but are also safe.
