About this class
Meditation and slow mindful movement with the use of cannabis as a tool for healing and deepening your Yoga practice. This class incorporates Myofascial release with a Yin Flow. We will discuss some of the health benefits of both cannabis and yoga, and to remove the stigma within communities of color around their use for healing. Some Cannabis products will be provided, please bring your own if you'd prefer. Be sure to bring water, yoga mat and an open mind.

How to get there
33rd & Rising is located at 430 40th Street in Oakland, California. Please walk through the parking lot to the left of the building and enter through the side entrance- the last green door on your left.
