Happy Hour Yoga with Monica
Perfect easy yoga class to attempt to take it up again and ease some weightlifting soreness. Loved how positive and easy going the instructor is.
Happy Hour Yoga with Sarah
Meh not great. I do love this studio. But this teacher was inexperienced and taught a boring basic class. Could have stayed at home at put on a yoga dvd would have been the same. The teacher didnt verbally or physically adjust anyone at all. She was on autopilot.
Happy Hour Yoga with Alex
Excellent class from Alex. I wouldnt say no to an extra fifteen minutes and some handstand or inversion practice.

15 minutes into start time of class and the teacher is still doing announcements which include peddling some workshop on shakras shes teaching. Shes telling us about how her heart shakra is too open and so blah blah blah... while we all just sit there staring at her. This is supposed to be a yoga class! There isnt a lot of assanas (yoga poses) or vinyasa flows, but there is a lot of pseudo (and in my opinion immature and hallmark card style) inspirational speak. I wish this teacher would get into the yoga part of the class. And start on time. 15 minutes on announcements in an hour class is unacceptable. This is unfortunately the only 4:30 yoga class nearby so Ill have to keep coming, but jeez... teach yoga poses. Give our bodies a workout. If you want to be inspirational do it in between poses! Dont make us sit or stand in tadasana for minutes on end while u talk in circles. More assanas please!

This is the only 4:30 class nearby (otherwise I have to go all the way to south beach). So the time is the major attraction here. Its not a good workout at all. Theres a lot of seated mediation and a super long shavasana. Its relaxing I guess but when u only have an hour and u book a vinyasa class u expect to break a sweat and be challenged. Not this class and not this teacher. Ive been to several of her classes and she does zero hands on adjustments or even verbal corrections... I wish the teacher would step it up, this isnt yin yoga or mediation class, its vinyasa yoga! So my suggestion is only come to this class if theres no other class available.

Happy Hour Yoga with Alex
Not a good workout. This is more a meditation class with some small movements.
Happy Hour Yoga with Natasha
Love the yoga classes with Natasha she is amazing.

Too much inspiration and not enough perspiration. Not a great workout.
