About this class

40 minutes of toning work with weights and bands that will work the shoulders, gluteal/hip muscles and core in a balanced way. Motivating music is very much part of this section. 40 minutes moving through traditional standing yoga poses where we focus on staying in neutral spine. We still move the spine through all ranges of motion but it is done with an emphasis on not working to the extremes. Stress to the wrists and shoulders is minimal in this section.

Very challenging workout, especially the 40 min toning portion! However, wouldnt recommend for first timers because the instructor became frustrated when everyone wasnt in sync / keeping up.

The class was challenging and I enjoyed the strength training element. I found the instructor was a bit short with people who werent in sync or doing what felt good for their body.

omgawww soooo good so good. not sure where the mixed reviews r coming from. this studio is spotless and smells amazing. beautiful, clean hardwood floors. teacher on FIRE. knows exactly what shes doing. id take this class every day of my life if i could. its pure pleasure. so fun, challenging and awesome. loved every second thank u
