Warm Vinyasa Flow (85-88) at 2Hot Yoga
About this class
This class incorporates all of the fundamentals of a basic Vinyasa class with added instruction and cueing for more challenging poses. Students will move through a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses incorporating standing poses, balancing poses, and seated poses. Students will also incorporate breath work, control and find an increase in focus and stamina to create a balanced body and mind. Classes are heated between 85-88 degrees.

How to prepare
Wear clothing that is not tool loose, bring a water bottle, and try not to eat sooner than an hour before class.
