About this class

A perfect way to start your weekends - begins in an 85 degree room. Wake up your senses slowly and carefully through a guided series of sun salutations and long slow holds. This class is suitable for both the newer and the advanced yogi, as the lower temperature allows students to build heat from within, while giving opportunity to attempt some "tricks" not suitable in a "TOO" hot room.

Got a good sweat. A little less relaxing than I expected - thought it would be more of a recovery class, but we were making our way through lots of poses. Instructor seemed a little cocky which for in the way for me, mentally, but physically it was a good class.
