Please make sure to present a photo ID when checking in for your reservation. Please bring sneakers or spin shoes to Les Mills RPM classes, as shoes are not provided at this facility.

How to get there

24 Hour Fitness- Tilden Sport understands you may not be able to make it right at the start of the hour so feel free to show up anytime during your Gym Time reservation and leave when you are finished with your workout!

I really enjoyed it! I wasn't expecting as much cardio at the beginning (tho to be honest I can use it so I wasn't disappointed), so if anything I'd say change the description to say it's not just about the weights. But I'll definitely try this again - high energy, lots of fitness levels and modification, and the instructor was very encouraging!

Class schedule wasn't adjusted for Memorial Day weekend so this class wasn't happening and the substitute class had started already. Disappointing but since it was my first time here I used the time to get aquatinted with the gym. Lots of machines, clean, people seem to mostly keep focused on their own workout, and friendly staff so I'll give them that!

I really enjoyed it and it was just what I needed!

Good class but not what I was expecting. I guess whenever I see strength training, I associate it with weight training. The class starts off feeling like more of an aerobics class; we were doing a lot of fast movements (front kicks, side kicks, jabs, uppercuts and jumping jacks to get our heart pumping. After that we started using barbells and that's when the fun began. Definitely found it to be challenging. I would take this class again.

Instructor was really cool and clearly knew what she was doing, great teacher too. However, the class was huge. There wasnt enough equiptment for everyone. Thank goodness the instructor was good or it wouldnt have been fun

What is ClassPass?
