About this class

They bring you an outdoor cycling experience indoors with this athletic and authentic cycling ride. Motivating instruction and driving music will keep you energized as you are lead through a workout comprised of a variety of hill climbs, flat terrains, head winds, tail winds and anaerobic intervals. Each workout is different as the instructor picks the terrain and sets the goals for each class.

How to prepare

Please make sure to present a photo ID when checking in for your reservation. Please bring sneakers or spin shoes to Les Mills RPM classes, as shoes are not provided at this facility.

How to get there

24 Hour Fitness Midtown Ultra Sport understands you may not be able to make it right at the start of the hour so feel free to show up anytime during your Gym Time reservation and leave when you are finished with your workout!

It was a good class. However, very difficult to hear the instructor

The class was much more manageable than a typical spin class like soul cycle or flywheel. It was a great way to get into spinning

Class was with sub Laureen (sorry if I misspelled your name). She was motivational and had a good choice of music. Her format was split between sprints & climbs. I liked it, however, my only suggestion is that she change it up a little more in terms of format & positions. Thanks for a great class!

Cindy was greatshes the perfect combo of giving you motivation and letting you get into your zone. Good mainstream playlist, which I prefer when Im struggling, because I can sing along to get through the section, as opposed to the pounding EDM that makes my ears bleed. Equipment could use some sprucing up (squeaky resistance wheel!), but I couldnt have asked for a nicer instructor.

What is ClassPass?
