How to prepare

Please make sure to present a photo ID when checking in for your reservation. Please bring sneakers or spin shoes to Les Mills RPM classes, as shoes are not provided at this facility.

How to get there

24 Hour Fitness Midtown Ultra Sport understands you may not be able to make it right at the start of the hour so feel free to show up anytime during your Gym Time reservation and leave when you are finished with your workout!

The instructor was hard to hear and the exercises didnt feel challenging or effective.

Got me sweating and I think regulars got a good workout, but dont think a thirty minute class is the right time frame for me. I need a little longer, ideally with more instruction and attention to form.

I do not recommend this class. It was the second half hour of an hour long class. I was the only person waiting for the second part and had to awkwardly join. I would not call this yoga- it was basically sit ups and a cool down. I left early so i could have enough time for a run before work.

This class is actually the second half of another class. There was confusion because there is no stop at 6:30 to invite the other students in the class. Just an okay workout, better circuit classes to be found on ClassPass
