Please make sure to present a photo ID when checking in for your reservation. Please bring sneakers or spin shoes to Les Mills RPM classes, as shoes are not provided at this facility.

How to get there

24 Hour Fitness- Madison Square Park Ultra Sport understands you may not be able to make it right at the start of the hour so feel free to show up anytime during your Gym Time reservation and leave when you are finished with your workout!

So weird. Instructor was terrible. Didn’t even break a sweat. I left early because it was so bad and a waste of time. NEVER AGAIN
Great HIT workout with a very upbeat instructor. Would recommend for people looking to sweat and burn a ton of calories in an hour.

This class was like a Zumba class.
A lot more jumping and dancing-type moves than i expected but really good class! Definitely felt like a solid workout. And not a lot of credits either. Instructor had awesome energy.
So much more intense than youd expect for a cardio aerobics class. The instructor is super energetic. The music is super fast. And the movement is pretty much nonstop running, jumping, squats and burpees for the entire hour. Great workout. You will sweat buckets. Not for the faint of heart.
